Chamomile and Azulene Extract soothe and calm. Lavender Extract provides additional soothing benefits. Vitamin A acts as a Keratinization regulator and helps to improve the skin's overall tone and texture. Vitamins E, F & H give the Gel Toner emollient and skin smoothing properties.

- Twice daily after using an Oxygen Botanicals cleanser, apply a small amount with your fingers and smooth over face, neck and chest.
- Do not rinse
